Painting With A Twist™ is a new concept, artistic painting as entertainment.
Although the basic idea has been around for years, only recently has it has been
formatted to be the basis for a successful business formula.
These are some comments from our participants:
- "Better than therapy"
- "I could become addicted to this"
- "My husband won't believe I painted this. Heck, I don't believe I
painted this!"
The Painting with a Twist advantage
If you love art, and would love to introduce people to their creative side, this
is the business for you. It is fun, low investment, and simple to run. Your customers
will enter into a pleasurable, innovative environment, where they will experience
first hand the excitement of creating their own work of art.
All of our art is produced and copyrighted in our corporate offices. We have staff
artists whose sole occupation is creating new art for our franchises. Our paintings
are interesting and have stood the test of customer satisfaction.
Based in Mandeville, Louisiana, Painting with a Twist™ is the franchise arm
of Corks N Canvas™, LLC. The concept is so popular that the owners Cathy Deano
and Renee Maloney opened their first Corks N Canvases in November 2007, and by March
2009 they had three company owned stores, and by July 2009 they had sold four franchises.
People love it!
Cathy and Renee believe this is a recession proof business. For the cost of $35.00
or $45.00, a person can have an evening of entertainment and leave with a painting
to hang on their wall or give as a gift. There is also a good chance they will leave
feeling better about themselves than when they arrived.
When you own a franchise you have many significant advantages over the person who
chooses to go into business on their own. As a franchise owner you are part of an
already successful business "family" with a proven track record. You receive
training at the corporate offices, you have access to over 1000 copyrighted works
of art. You are assisted in hiring your staff and have access to all the information
needed to open a store. You are given a comprehensive manual which takes you through
each step in opening and operating a successful business. We also do the demographic
research for your area.
Our corporate office will send an artist and a team member from the corporate office
for your opening night. The artist will conduct your first class and our staff member
will see that your first night runs smoothly.
You will have access to a state of the art online computer program that will allow
you to manage your own business from wherever you have internet access.
Our approved vendors give you the best products for the most economical price.
The Painting With A Twist™ concept gives the franchise owner a career that
does not necessitate a huge capital outlay, is exciting to operate, and is a welcome
addition to any community.
