General Private Party Information

In Studio Private Parties:

All private party reservations require a copy of the host’s driver’s license or the full amount of the cancellation policy is due up front and will be refunded at the time of the event.

• We schedule private parties any day or evening. Our times slots are as follows: 9 or 10am-12pm, 2-4 or 5pm, 7-9 or 10pm.
• We will begin painting at the time scheduled so, it is good to have your guests arrive 20 to 30 minutes before the start time.
• The minimum is 10-15 people epending on the day and time, the maximum is 32.
• You can choose any of our paintings. Once you have sent in your private party contract, we will send you a gallery link for you to view and choose your painting.
• A two hour painting is $35.00 per person. A three hour painting is $45 per person.
• We allow a 30 minute grace period, after that there will be a $50 charge for going over the allotted time.
• You will need a credit card to reserve the date.
• We supply the canvas, paint, brushes, and easels.
• We also have glasses, ice buckets (no ice), and corkscrews.
• You bring your beverage of choice and a snack or appetizers.

Cancellation Policy: Please give us 7 day notice if you must cancel the private party. There will be a fee of $150 if we are not given sufficient notice.

Introducing Corks-N Canvas On The GO!

Here’s a little information about our brand new On the Go parties.  They work just like a private party in one of our studios, except we bring all of the fun to your location! We provide all of the supplies that you need to paint, easels, canvases, paint, brushes, aprons, drop cloths to protect floors, we’ve tried to think of everything! You just gather a group of friends and have a blast!

You need a minimum of 12 guests to schedule an event and pricing is $35 per person for a 2 hour painting and $45 per person for a three hour painting.  There is a $5 per person upcharge  to cover the cost of travel outside of a 10 mile radius.  All of the set up that is involved in bringing this super fun painting experience to your doorstep! There is a two week cancelation policy and if we are not given notice of a cancelation within two weeks of your event, there will be a charge of $150.
